My daughter was from out of town & they were able to get her car fixed quickly. It needed a “turbo charger coolant line” in a FORD ESCAPE. They were very nice to work with & answered all of our questions. Even though we are from out of town, I plan on scheduling my automotive work with ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE as we are in town frequently……… peace of mind is worth the effort.

Highly recommend this shop! My Honda Pilot was having issues and my dealership charged $200 and still couldn’t find a definitive problem. Advanced Automotive was able to find the problem and fix it within a week! I am so happy my car is finally fixed. Omar is who we dealt with for customer service and he was fantastic! If you are looking for a friendly, professional and flawless experience go to Advanced Automotive in Rogers AR. They are a clean family operated business that takes pride in all areas of their customer service. For example, we recently noticed a humming noise that increased in volume over time. Having Car Shield Insurance, we called to find a reputable mechanic that accepted their coverage. One of their referrals was Advanced Automotive. Pleased with their five-star reviews, we immediately called for an appointment for an oil change and a diagnosis concerning the noise. Maurilio, the owner/technician explained that the noise was due to faulty rear wheel bearings and the cost of replacing them. We told him that we wanted to use our Car Shield coverage. He immediately contacted Car Shield and provided them with all pertinent information. Before we knew it, our claim was opened, approved and we had a service appointment set up that was convenient for us. We dropped off our Jeep in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Thanks to Maurilio and his talented team, our ride is smooth and noiseless; our first experience using Car Shield was effortless; and we now have peace of mind knowing that we have access to a top-of-the-line automotive service at Advanced Automotive!

Found Advanced Automotive when we moved here a couple years ago, and will never bring our vehicles anywhere else.. Not only do they do great work and only fix what needs to be fixed, they DONT OVERCHARGE.. Biggest thing for me though, is they treated my wife with respect when I couldn't bring something in and, "talked to her in English" her words lol about what needed to be fixed and why without trying to over complicate it..

They know what they're doing, which is a nice change from some other places. Prices are reasonable, and they're friendly to work with. Took my truck to another place that charged me thousands of $$; the problem still existed. Brought it to Advanced Automotive. It was a loose bolt that they tightened and didn't charge me anything. We bring all of our vehicles to them now.

Took my Celica twice for an alignment, definitely the best place and very professional, and very nice guys, they answer any questions you have, I totally recommend this place especially because they work with lowered cars and aftermarket suspension like camber arms and bolts, 10/10 totally recommend.
